Ready-to-transduce lentiviral and AAV particles, packaged from your construct or ours
Getting from a construct to usable virus should be straightforward. This service packages ready-to-transduce lentiviral and AAV particles through partners with years of experience in viral production. You can send your own construct, or have a ready-made one packaged, for expression, knockdown, or screening work. Custom lentiviral expression constructs, sgRNA constructs, and pooled libraries can all be produced. Custom AAV packaging runs through abm, with a choice of serotype (1 to 11, AAV2/8, AAV2/9n, AAV2.7m8, PHP.eB, PHP.S, shH10, and Anc80L65) and three purification grades covering cell culture and in vivo work. For AAV, transduction follows from the serotype you select, and abm recommends consulting literature covering your target tissue and testing more than one serotype where that is practical.
