ExoMS Protein Capture Kits prepare your extracellular vesicle (EV) proteins for LC-MS/MS proteomics. They remove common co-isolated proteins such as albumin and IgG, so your mass spectrometer can detect more low-abundance biomarkers that traditional methods often miss.
Three kits cover the sample types you work with. The ExoMS Total Protein Capture Kit uses affinity-based purification of pre-isolated EV preparations. This gives broad total EV proteome profiling, including intraluminal and membrane-associated proteins. The ExoMS Surface Protein Capture Kit (Serum/Plasma) and the ExoMS Surface Protein Capture Kit (Tissue Culture) use a two-step biotinylation and bead capture method instead. Each isolates only the surface and membrane proteins, the EV "surfeome", enriching the biomarker candidates you need that whole-lysate methods often miss.
All three kits accept EVs already isolated by precipitation reagents, ultracentrifugation, or most column-based kits. Sample preparation takes under five hours, from your isolated EVs to a protein preparation ready for LC-MS/MS.
