Exosome protein capture kits for fast, low-carryover LC-MS/MS sample preparation

ExoMS Protein Capture Kits prepare extracellular vesicle proteins for LC-MS/MS proteomics by removing common co-isolated proteins such as albumin and IgG, so your mass spectrometer can detect more low-abundance biomarkers. The ExoMS Total Protein Capture Kit uses affinity-based purification of pre-isolated EV preparations for broad total EV proteome profiling, including intraluminal and membrane-associated proteins. The ExoMS Surface Protein Capture Kit (Serum/Plasma) and the ExoMS Surface Protein Capture Kit (Tissue Culture) instead use a two-step biotinylation and bead capture method to isolate only the surface and membrane 'surfeome' proteins that whole-lysate methods often miss. All three kits accept EVs already isolated by precipitation reagents, ultracentrifugation or most column-based kits, with sample preparation taking under five hours.
