Each kit includes biotin reagent, blocking reagent, coupling reagent, a coupling chamber, detection buffer, DMF, extraction buffer, dry milk powder, labelling buffer, stop reagent, and 10X wash buffer. You need to supply Cy3-streptavidin separately. The kit is available for 2 or 20 reactions.

Antibody Array Reagents and Accessories
Antibody array accessories and reagents for Full Moon BioSystems and RayBio glass slide arrays
Running a label-based antibody array or a RayBio glass slide array takes more than the array itself. One protocol needs extraction, labelling and detection reagents; the other needs incubation chambers and frames for your setup.
The Full Moon BioSystems Antibody Array Assay Kit bundles the reagents for a full label-based array protocol. This covers protein extraction, biotin labelling, coupling, and detection. Each kit processes two arrays, with buffers and reagents optimised for your extraction yield, labelling efficiency, and signal-to-noise. You supply Cy3-streptavidin separately.
Glass Slide Incubation Chambers and Frames fit RayBio glass slide arrays. A multi-well gasket sits on top of a standard histology slide to create sealed wells. This lets you run several samples on one slide without cross-contamination. A plastic frame with two clips holds the chamber in place during the assay. Chambers come in 2-well, 4-well, and 16-well configurations, matched to different RayBio array formats.
Choosing your accessory by array type and well count
1. Assay format. For a label-based antibody array protocol from scratch, the Full Moon BioSystems Antibody Array Assay Kit supplies the extraction, labelling, coupling, and detection reagents you need.
2. Well count for glass slide arrays. Your incubation chamber matches the array format: the 2-well chamber suits Human and Mouse L-Series, glycome arrays, and Glycan 300 arrays; the 4-well chamber suits Rat L-Series, allergen protein arrays, and Glycan 100 arrays; the 16-well chamber suits Quantibody, G-Series, allergen protein arrays, and lung cancer protein arrays.
3. Reaction number. The Full Moon BioSystems kit is available for 2 or 20 reactions, to match your scale. Each incubation chamber and frame covers 1 slide.
4. Anything else you need. If your array format is not listed here, or you need a component outside this range, check with us.
Applications
Full label-based array workflow
The Full Moon BioSystems kit bundles extraction, labelling, coupling and detection reagents for a complete label-based antibody array protocol.
Multi-sample RayBio glass slide arrays
Incubation chambers and frames seal 2, 4 or 16 wells on your slide, matched to Quantibody, G-Series and L-Series panels, preventing cross-contamination.

Frequently asked questions
Match the chamber to your array. The 2-well chamber suits Human and Mouse L-Series, glycome arrays, and Glycan 300 arrays. The 4-well chamber suits Rat L-Series, allergen protein arrays, and Glycan 100 arrays. The 16-well chamber suits Quantibody, G-Series, allergen protein arrays, and lung cancer protein arrays.
The chamber is a multi-well gasket that sits on top of a standard histology slide, sealing each well from its neighbours. A plastic frame with two clips holds the chamber firmly in place for the full assay, so samples in adjacent wells stay separate.
The Full Moon BioSystems Antibody Array Assay Kit is designed to work with Full Moon BioSystems antibody microarrays. The incubation chambers and frames are designed for use with RayBio glass slide arrays. Contact BioCat if you need guidance on compatibility with a different array format.
