Pathogen detection PCR kits for fast, accurate bacterial, viral, and plant target results

These validated PCR kits include a matched positive control and established sensitivity data for most targets, available either as a TaqMan probe and primer set bundled with a positive control and master mix, or as a probe and primer set only for use with your own master mix on standard real-time PCR instruments. Targets include food-safety pathogens such as Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella, and E. coli O157, regulated plant pathogens such as Xylella fastidiosa and Candidatus Liberibacter solanacearum, respiratory viruses such as SARS-CoV-2, influenza A and B, and veterinary targets such as mastitis-causing bacteria. Many assays are available in standard and lyophilised formats, with lyophilised kits stable at ambient temperature for field-based or point-of-care screening, and CE-marked in vitro diagnostic products carry appropriate regulatory clearance where available. Each kit includes a TaqMan extraction control to confirm RNA or DNA recovery, letting you flag failed extractions before you interpret amplification results.

Pick by target and sample matrix.

1. Target panel. Single pathogen versus syndromic multiplex versus pan-organism surveillance.
2. Sample matrix. Serum, swab, stool, urine, environmental, food matrix each have lysis and inhibitor challenges. Match upstream sample prep to your matrix.
3. Chemistry. TaqMan probe for highest specificity. SYBR-based with melt-curve for cheaper exploratory work. LAMP for point-of-care.
4. Throughput. 96-well qPCR standard. LAMP for low-throughput point-of-care. dPCR for ultra-high-throughput.
