Glass-based Arrays (G-Series)
Glass Slide Arrays for High-Sensitivity Multiplex Protein Profiling
Glass slide antibody arrays for high-sensitivity, multiplex protein profiling from small samples
RayBio G-Series glass slide antibody arrays print sandwich antibody pairs onto a slide the same size as a standard histology slide, read out via fluorescence for a wider dynamic range than membrane-based formats. You can screen dozens to hundreds of proteins from a single sample, with detection limits reaching the low pg/ml to ng/ml range across around four orders of magnitude. A biotinylated detection antibody cocktail and streptavidin-conjugated fluorophore give a semi-quantitative, relative fluorescence signal for each target, and a free slide-scanning and data-extraction service is available if you do not have a scanner. Panels cover human, mouse, and rat cytokines, chemokines, growth factors, and soluble receptors.
Pick by panel and scanner.
- Panel size. Match to your study question.
- Species. Human, mouse, rat coverage varies.
- Scanner compatibility. Standard 532/635 nm microarray scanners.
- Quantification. In-slide standard curves give absolute concentrations.
- Sample volume. 30 to 100 microliters typical per replicate.
