Primer sets by validation depth

1) Standard sequence-verified primers. These cover your routine needs at a lower running cost.

2) Functionally validated primers. These include published Ct curve performance data. They reduce assay-development time for your new targets.

3) Multiplex compatibility. Primers designed specifically for multiplex use suit your multiplex assays; single-target primers used together often interfere with each other and reduce signal separation.

4) Species. Human, mouse, and rat are standard. Verify other species coverage before ordering.

5) Reference gene panels. Validated reference-gene primer sets, matched to your tissue type, cover normalisation.
