Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Smo with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect Smo transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

Product is intended to target smoothened, frizzled class receptor Smo a.k.a. E130215L21Rikh, bnb, smoothened, Smo (NCBI gene ID:319757) of NM_176996.4.

Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
