Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Cck with FAM Dye

Stellaris® FISH Probes, Mouse Cck with Quasar® 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.

Designed to detect Cck transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

Design Criteria

Product is intended to target cholecystokinin Cck a.k.a. (NCBI gene ID:12424) of NM_031161.4.

• Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 548 nm
• Fluorescence Maximum: 566 nm

Product Usage

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.

For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.

For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
