Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human SEC62 with FAM

Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human SEC62 with FAM consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.

Designed to detect SEC62 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

Design Criteria

Product was designed against SEC62 homolog, preprotein translocation factor SEC62 a.k.a. HTP1; TP-1; Dtrp1; TLOC1 (NCBI gene ID:7095) and nucleotides 1-3000 of NM_003262.3. This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_003262.3, XM_011513114.1

The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Fluorescence Parameters

• Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 590 nm
• Fluorescence Maximum: 610 nm

Product Usage

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.

For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.

For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
