Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human IL1R1 with CAL Fluor® Red 590
Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human IL1R1 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect IL1R1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria
Product was designed against interleukin 1 receptor, type I IL1R1 a.k.a. P80; IL1R; IL1RA; CD121A; D2S1473; IL-1R-alpha (NCBI gene ID:3554) and nucleotides 144-378, 569-1217, 1311-1792 of NM_000877.2. This is an inclusive probe set designed to detect the following variants: NM_000877.3, NM_001288706.1, XM_005263929.1, XM_005263930.3, XM_005263931.1, XM_005263932.1, XM_005263933.3, XM_005263934.3,XM_011511114.1, XM_011511115.1, XM_011511116.1, XM_011511117.1, XM_011511118.1, XM_011511119.1, and PARTLY XM_011511120.1.
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
Fluorescence Parameters
- Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 548 nm
- Fluorescence Maximum: 566 nm
Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
