Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human FOXP4-AS1 with Quasar® 670
Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human FOXP4-AS1 with Quasar® 670 consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect FOXP4-AS1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria
Product was designed against FOXP4 antisense RNA 1 FOXP4-AS1 a.k.a. N/A (NCBI gene ID:101060264) and nucleotides c41548621-41548378, c41547548-41547461, c41546243-41546089, c41546088-41546000, c41524225-41523891 of NC_000006.12. This is an inclusive probe set partly designed to detect the following variants: NR_126415.1, NR_126416.1, NR_126417.1, HG499218.1, HG499219.1, HG499220.1, and HG499221.1
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
Fluorescence Parameters
- Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 618 nm
- Fluorescence Maximum: 637 nm
Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
