Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human FLI1 with Quasar® 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.

Designed to detect FLI1 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).

Design Criteria

Product is intended to target Fli-1 proto-oncogene, ETS transcription factor FLI1 a.k.a. EWSR2, SIC-1 (NCBI gene ID:2313) of NM_001271012.1.

Fluorescence Parameters

  • Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 569 nm
  • Fluorescence Maximum: 591 nm

Product Usage

Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.

For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.

For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
