Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human EZH2 with CAL Fluor® Red 590 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect EZH2 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria
Product was designed against enhancer of zeste 2 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit EZH2 a.k.a. WVS; ENX1; EZH1; KMT6; WVS2; ENX-1; EZH2b; KMT6A (NCBI gene ID:2146) and nucleotides 223-412, 557-1724, 1851-2697 of NM_001203247.1 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_004456, NM_152998, NM_001203248, NM_001203249, XM_005249962, XM_005249963, XM_005249964, XM_006715883, XM_006715884, XM_006715885, XM_006715886, and XM_006715887.
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.

Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
