Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CDKN2C_intron with Quasar® 670 Dye
Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CDKN2C_intron with Quasar® 670 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect CDKN2C transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria
Product was designed against cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 2C CDKN2C a.k.a. p18; INK4C; p18-INK4C (NCBI gene ID:1031) and nucleotides 50970498-50973892 of NC_000001.11.
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
Fluorescence Parameters
- Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 548 nm
- Fluorescence Maximum: 566 nm
Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
