Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CD47 with CAL Fluor® Red 610 Dye
Description
Stellaris® FISH Probes, Human CD47 with CAL Fluor® Red 610 Dye consists of a set of dye-labeled oligos mixed and pooled into a final delivered amount of 5 nmol, which yields approximately 200-400 hybridizations under standard conditions.
Designed to detect CD47 transcripts in specimens using fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
Design Criteria
Product was designed against CD47 molecule CD47 a.k.a. IAP; OA3; MER6 (NCBI gene ID:961) and nucleotides 31-1056, 1147-1375 of NM_001777.3 . This is an inclusive probe set designed to also detect the following variants: NM_198793, XM_005247908, XM_005247909, XR_241518, XR_241519, XR_241520, XR_241521, XR_241522
The probe set has not been tested for potential cross-hybridization to RNA(s) of paralogous and orthologous gene(s) in the same or other species.
Fluorescence Parameters
- Absorption Maximum (Lambda Max): 569 nm
- Fluorescence Maximum: 591 nm
Product Usage
Please note that reconstituted probe mix should be subjected to a minimum number of freeze-thaw cycles.
For daily and short-term use, the mix can be stored at +2 to +8 °C in the dark for up to a month.
For long-term use: We recommend freezing reconstituted probes in the dark at -15 to -30 °C for storage lasting longer than a month.
