The ROR2 Stable Ba/F3 Cell Line expresses activated ROR2 tyrosine kinase that is linked to a GFP reporter (GFP-ETV6-ROR1 in MSCV-puro vector). Even though this cell line expresses activated tyrosine, it is non-transforming, meaning that the cells still require IL-3 to grow. ROR2 is suggested to participate in cartilage development, especially in early chondrocyte and growth plate formation. This cell line is valuable to study the functions of the ROR2 receptor.
