The subpopulation was isolated based on its 4-fold higher β-casein milk protein production after lactogenic hormone induction with dexamethasone, insulin and prolactin in comparison to parental population of COMMA-1D cells. The Immortalized Mouse Prolactin-Responsive Mammary Epithelial Cells are applicable in studies related to prolactin-regulated genes. |
