| Additional Information | This cell line features a CRISPR/Cas9 mediated knockout of Grasp55 in HEK293 cells. Genomic sequencing, immunofluorescence and Western blot were used to confirm gene knockdown. Overall, the GRASP knockout cell panel is a useful tool for studying the role of GRASP55 and GRASP65 proteins in other important cellular processes.
