CRISPR stable knockout cell line generation service for gene function studies

This service uses CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing to generate stable knockout cell lines in which a target gene is permanently disrupted. You provide the cell line and gene of interest, and the service designs guide RNAs, delivers the editing components, and screens and validates clonal knockout lines. Stable knockouts support studies of gene function, validation of drug targets, and construction of disease models without the need for repeated transient transfection.
