High-throughput recombinant antibody production, from gene to purified antibody in weeks

When you need antibodies quickly and animal-free, recombinant production gives you the direct route. This high-throughput service takes you from an antibody gene sequence to purified antibody in HEK293 or CHO cells, skipping immunisation and hybridoma screening. Many projects finish in a few weeks, with the delivered amount guaranteed to you up to the milligram level. Multiple isotypes and formats are available to you, and large numbers of antibodies can run in parallel.

What you can order

1. Isotype. Mouse IgG1 and IgG2a, human IgG1 and IgG4, and rabbit IgG are all supported.
2. Format. Full-length IgG, or smaller Fab, scFv, and VHH formats. Fab, scFv and VHH are available with a His tag or, alternatively, with an Fc tag.
3. Scale. From 0.2 mg upward, with larger amounts on request.
4. Starting point. You send your antibody sequence, and gene synthesis, cloning, transient expression, and purification are handled from there.
