Running Buffer PBS-T pH 7.4

Product Description

Running buffer is the main buffer used throughout a typical interaction experiment using surface plasmon resonance. It is the carrier of the analyte and can have significant impacts on the interaction of the analyte with the ligand. Our 1x Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) at pH 7.4 is an excellent running buffer for many applications. It is available with 0.05% Tween20, which helps to reduce non-specific binding and suppresses bubble formation (PBS-T).

PBS comes in quantites of 400mL, degassed and ready to use.
