Product Description

This Protein Safe Lysing Kit contains 2ml reinforced tubes prefilled with beads and protease inhibitors. It is designed for hard tissue homogenization like ear, lung, heart, spleen, tail, artery, Arabidopsis, leaves, and more. The protein safe kits preserves the protein from protease degradation and ensures an intact quality of the sample. Protein safe is efficient against serine proteases, aminopeptidase B & leucine aminopeptidase, cysteine proteases & trypsin-like proteases, and aspartic proteases. The composition is made of AEBSF, aprotinin, bestatin, E-64, leupeptin, and pepstatin A. Sample size range for 2 mL tubes: From 20 mg to 200 mg tissue or 200 µL to 1.6 mL culture.
