16-Channel Carboxyl Cartridge - CMD

Product Description

16 channel cartridge with carboxyl functional sensors with a CMD chemistry base for immobilization of targets containing primary amine groups via EDC/NHS coupling. 

The carboxyl cartridge can be functionalized with capture kits to give the following capabilities:

• Anti-HIS Capture Kit: for the capture of His-tagged molecules via an anti-HIS antibody that will be directly coupled to CBX sensors via EDC/NHS reaction (equivalent to NTA). 
• Protein A surfacing Kit: for the capture of antibodies (hIgG1, hIgG2,  hIgG2, mIgG2, mIG2a, mIgG3, etc) via their Fc region.
• Streptavidin surfacing Kit: for the capture of Biotinylated proteins. With this kit, streptavidin will be directly coupled to CBX sensors via EDC/NHS reaction.
