Euroclone qPCR Master Mix for Probe is a ready-to-use 2X solution optimized for Real Time PCR. The master mix includes Wonder Taq Hot Start DNA polymerase and dNTPs in an optimized buffer. The Master Mix for Probe has been formulated for the detection of amplicon product with sequence specific fluorogenic probes. Primers, probe and template must be added before use.
