Product Description

KromaTiD’s dGH in-Site™ CAR-T Kit enables you to bring the power of directional Genomic Hybridization™ (dGH™) assays to the characterization of your T cell engineering. Adding the dGH in-Site assay to your analytical suite will provide you with a truly comprehensive view of your engineered T cell products.

The dGH in-Site™ CAR-T Kit includes dGH™ probes for TRAC (14q11.2) and B2M (15q21.1) as standard components. Two additional probes can be purchased with the kit to expand the analysis.

What the dGH in-Site™ CAR-T Kit provides

• Single-cell data sets tracking the sequence, location and orientation of key CAR-T loci
• Insertion-site tracking of rearrangements like deletions, translocations, inversions, and sister chromatid exchanges
• Flexibility to customize with the addition of other dGH™ probes
• Familiar workflows and use of standard cytogenetic equipment
• Data orthogonal and complementary to that from sequencing and G-banding

Assess TRAC and B2M targets for:

• Structural changes such as inversions, translocations, and deletions
• Abnormalities involving chromosomes 14 and 15 including aneuploidy and chromothrypsis
• Double strand misrepair at insert- and edit-sites
