Characterized markers:

Major histocompatibility complex: HLA A, B, and C typed

Please note:

While the patients were confirmed to have COVID-19 via a test detecting either SARS-CoV-2 virus or viral proteins using a nasopharyngeal swab, the PBMC samples have not been tested for the presence of virus or any other diseases and should be assumed infectious.
