Label-based Antibody Arrays combine the direct antigen-labeling technology with RayBiotech's vast library of array-validated antibodies. Detection of up to 8000 proteins simultaneously is possible with this type of array delivering a broad, panoramic view of protein expression. Through a simple labeling process, the sample proteins are directly conjugated to biotin, eliminating the need for a second antibody to develop the array signals. Proteins binding to the array are detected a streptavidin-conjugated fluor. In this format, unintended antibody interactions are impossible, thus eliminating limitations on the size of the array panel.

Ship us your samples (4 sample minimum) and RayBiotech's experienced service department will perform a high-density array of your choice. Besides the stocked arrays this could also be a custom array. 8000 human, 1308 mouse, or 1500 rat proteins can be analyzed and a full data report will be returned to you by email.
