PinPoint recombinase-based integration for predictable single-copy transgene insertion at defined loci

When you need predictable single-copy site-directed integration with established expression characteristics, PinPoint uses sequence-specific recombinases to integrate transgenes at defined chromosomal landing pads in pre-engineered cell lines. Simpler and more efficient than CRISPR knock-in but requires pre-engineered landing-pad lines.

  1. Landing-pad availability. Pre-engineered HEK293, CHO, and other lines available. Custom landing pad insertion possible.
  2. Payload size. PinPoint accepts large constructs without size-driven efficiency loss.
  3. Integration site characterisation. The landing pad has known expression characteristics, removing position-effect variability.
  4. Predictability. For biologic production scale-up PinPoint outperforms random integration on lot-to-lot consistency.
  5. Selection scheme. Match to your downstream selection.
