Implen NanoPhotometer for low-volume UV-visible nucleic acid and protein quantification
Implen NanoPhotometer instruments combine fast UV/Vis analysis with a choice of microvolume, cuvette and multichannel workflows. Select the format that matches your sample volume and throughput: N50 and N60 for single-drop measurements, NP80 for both microvolume and cuvette applications, N120 for up to 12 samples per run, or C40 for cuvette-based spectroscopy.

IQ/OQ and CFR21 options are available for N120, NP80, N60 and C40, but not N50. Confirm software, interface and accessory compatibility for the selected model and laboratory requirements.
For NP80 and C40 cuvette measurements, DiluCell™ 10 provides a 1:10 optical dilution of higher-concentration samples without a separate manual dilution step.
