Enhanced Episomal Vectors (EEV)

Enhanced episomal vectors for sustained, integration-free transgene expression

When you want sustained transgene expression without genomic integration, EEV uses EBV oriP/EBNA-1 replication elements to maintain episomal persistence through cell divisions. Useful for footprint-free iPSC reprogramming and any application where integration is undesirable.
